摘  要:为了研制出高强度、低成本枸杞采摘机机架,以确保枸杞机械化采摘要求,借助SOLIDWORKS 2019和ANSYS Workbench 2021对龙门式枸杞采摘机机架进行了强度分析和12阶模态分析,在确保机架的设计强度的条件下,得出了机架固有频率,避免在龙门式枸杞采摘机作业时发生共振现象,研究结果表明,机架应力峰值为170.4 MPa,最大变形量为3.93 mm;机架衡梁应力峰值为149.6 MPa,最大变形量为3.81 mm,得出机架符合强度要求,机架固有频率45.15 Hz大于偏心振动装置可调频率10~25 Hz范围,采摘机作业时机架与振动装置不会发生共振现象。研究可为龙门式枸杞采摘机机架优化设计提供参考。In order to develop a high-strength,low-cost goji berry picker frame to ensure the mechanized harvesting requirements of goji berries,this study uses SOLIDWORKS 2019 and ANSYS Workbench 2021 to analyze the strength analysis of gantry wolfberry picker frame and 12-order modal analysis,which ensures the design strength of the frame,obtains the natural frequency of the frame,and avoids the resonance phenomenon during the operation of the gantry goji picker,and the research results show that the peak stress of the frame is 170.4 MPa,maximum deformation of 3.93 mm;The stress peak of the frame balance beam is 149.6 MPa,and the maximum deformation is 3.81 mm,which results in that the frame meets the strength requirements,and the natural frequency of the frame of 45.15 Hz is greater than the adjustable frequency range of 10~25 Hz of the eccentric vibration device,and the frame and the vibration device will not resonate during the operation of the picker.This study can provide a reference for the study of mechanized picking of goji berries.
