摘  要:针对微型电动汽车在冬季充电效率低的问题,提高充电时动力电池的温度有着重要作用,设计了一种利用加热膜作为加热源实现充电保温系统的电路。该电路可实现不同的电池温度进入不同的功能,包括充电保温功能和充电保温等待功能。利用Multisim软件对该功能进行设计、仿真,仿真结果表明,电路实现了充电时维持电池温度的功能。同时,采用印制电路板(PCB板)和整车试验验证电路的有效性。In view of the low charging efficiency of micro-electric vehicles in winter,it is important to improve the temperature of the power battery when charging.In this paper,a circuit using heating film as heating source is designed to realize charging and heat preservation system.The circuit can realize different functions of different battery temperatures,including charging and heat preservation function and waiting function.Multisim software is used to design and simulate the function.The simulation results show that the circuit can maintain the temperature of the battery when charging.At the same time,the printed circuit board(PCB)and the whole vehicle test were used to verify the validity of the circuit.
