摘 要:[目的]车架电泳时会受到槽内搅拌的影响,确定合适的喷嘴流速至关重要。[方法]对阴极电泳漆槽内不同喷嘴流速产生的流场分布情况进行仿真分析。[结果]喷嘴流速越大,槽体底部的自由环流区越多。槽体中间位置截面的强制环流区越接近上液面,越有可能造成更多的气泡进入槽液,需要着重管控车架此部位的漆面品质。对于会形成较多自由环流区且速度分布不稳定的工况,在实际生产中应予以避免。[结论]仿真技术可为车架涂装工况的调整和优化提供重要依据,缩减试验成本与时间。[Introduction]The electrocoating of vehicle frame is effected by flow field distribution caused by agitation in the tank.It is very important to determine the appropriate nozzle velocity.[Method]The effect of nozzle velocity on flow field distribution in electrocoating tank was simulated and analyzed.[Result]The higher nozzle velocity was,the more free circulation zones were generated at the bottom of electrocoating tank.The forced circulation zone in the middle section of the tank approached the upper liquid level,which might cause more bubbles to enter the bath.It is necessary to pay more attention to the quality of coating electrodeposited on the part located in this zone.The situations where more free circulation zones are formed and the flow velocity distribution is unstable should be avoided during electrocoating.[Conclusion]Numerical simulation technology can provide an important basis for adjustment and optimization of electrocoating process for manufacturing of vehicle frame with less test cost and time.
