摘 要:以水胶比、钢渣掺量、偏高岭土掺量和羟丙基甲基纤维素醚掺量四个因素设计正交试验,研究了不同因素对石膏胶凝材料抗压强度和耐水性的影响。通过极差分析和方差分析得知,钢渣掺量和水胶比分别是影响石膏胶凝材料抗压强度和耐水性的最重要因素。利用综合评分法得到了石膏改性材料的最优配比:水胶比0.65,钢渣掺量5%,偏高岭土掺量7%,羟丙基甲基纤维素醚掺量0.6%。对此,进行了试验验证和微观机理分析。改性后复合材料的抗压强度和软化系数较纯石膏体系分别提高了25.27%和93.55%。The orthogonal experiment is designed based on four factors:water-binder ratio,steel slag content,metakaolin content and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether(HPMC)content.Effects of different factors on compressive strength and water resistance of gypsum cementing materials are studied.Range analysis and variance analysis results show that the content of steel slag and water-binder ratio are the most important factors affecting compressive strength and water resistance of gypsum cementation materials.The optimal ratio of modified gypsum materials with water-binder ratio of 0.65,steel slag content of 5%,metakaolin content of 7%,HPMC content of 0.6%is achieved by comprehensive scoring method.Experimental verifica-tion and microscopic mechanism analysis are also carried out.After modification,the compressive strength and softening coef-ficient are increased by 25.27%and 93.55%,respectively,when compared to pure gypsum with same water-binder ratio.
