摘　　要：中医药“主动健康式”示范应用基地医养结合的管理规范主要包括适用范围、规范性引用文件、术语和定义及基本要求,本文从机构设置要求、人员要求、设施设备要求、服务管理、评价与持续改进进行分述。服务规范主要包括服务规范基本要求、服务内容要求、中医药“主动健康式”医养结合模式相关适宜技术和服务标准、老年友善服务、服务质量评价与改进来阐释,其中特色性地加入了中医药及“主动健康”的相关内容。在传统医养模式的基础上,覆盖中医药特色及其在医养模式中治未病、未病先防等的优势理念。The management specifications for the demonstration application bases of traditional Chinese medicine"active health"medical service and elderly care integration mainly include the scope of application,normative reference documents,terminology and definitions,and basic requirements.This article elaborates on the requirements for institutional settings,personnel,facilities and equipment,service management,evaluation,and continuous improvement.The service specifica-tions mainly include the basic requirements,service content requirements,appropriate techniques and service standards re-lated to the traditional Chinese medicine"active health"medical service and elderly care integration mode,elderly-friendly services,service quality evaluation,and improvement.It specifically incorporates the relevant content of traditional Chinese medicine and"active health".Building upon the traditional Chinese medicine medical service and elderly care integration mode,it covers the distinctive features of traditional Chinese medicine and its advantages in the preventive treatment and prevention before disease onset in the medical service and elderly care integration.
