摘　　要：目前人口老龄化相关问题已经引起各界人士的关注,如何保障老龄人口的健康不仅是民生问题,也切身关系到社会公民的自身利益。机构养老的“医养结合”是我国重点培育和发展的养老服务方向。中医药“主动健康式”智慧医养结合模式,集合了中医药养生保健文化、现代科技医疗服务手段,能够为老龄人口提供个性化健康服务,提高老龄患者的生活质量。本文旨在构建中医药“主动健康式”智慧医养结合模式服务质量评价体系,并对该模式的服务质量进行评价。Currently,issues concerning population aging have attracted the attention of people from all walks of life.Ensu-ring the health of the elderly is not only a livelihood issue but also directly related to the self-interest of social citizens.The"medical service and elderly care integration"of institutional elderly care is a key area of cultivation and development of eld-erly care services in our country.The traditional Chinese medicine"active health"intelligent medical service and elderly care integration mode combines the culture of traditional Chinese medicine health preservation with modern technological medical services,which can provide personalized health services for the elderly and improve the quality of life for elderly patients.This article aims to construct a service quality evaluation system for the traditional Chinese medicine"active health"intelli-gent medical service and elderly care integration mode and evaluate the service quality of this mode.
