摘 要:物流产业正在从劳动密集系统向复杂自动化系统升级,物流园区的设计与实施需要更加高效与科学的工具,然而市场上现有的数字孪生产品基本只能对物流园区实时状态与外界环境进行复现,缺少对决策的反馈。为了满足数字化与智慧化物流园区建设需求并填补相关技术空缺,本文通过数字孪生技术设计相应系统,该系统可模拟物流园区货物存储、运输和分流等一系列流程,在高拟真环境下开展园区设计与成本分析,发现物流园区中隐含的问题与发展瓶颈,优化园区内仓库布局和设备运营效率,从而为园区运营人员提供辅助决策支持,以实现物流园区的智能管理与降本增效。The logistics industry is undergoing an upgrade from labor-intensive systems to complex automation systems.The design and implementation of logistics parks and warehouses require more efficient and scientific tools to achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase.However,the existing digital twin products in the market can only reproduce the real-time state of logistics parks and the external environment,lacking feedback on decision-making.In order to meet the needs of digital and intelligent logistics parks and intelligent warehouse construction,and to fill the relevant technical gaps,this paper uses digital twin technology to simulate a series of processes such as goods storage,transportation,and diversion.Then,conducts park design and cost analysis in a high fidelity environment,observes hidden problems and development bottlenecks in logistics parks,optimizes warehouse layout and equipment operation efficiency within the park,and provides auxiliary decision-making support for park operators to achieve intelligent management,cost reduction,and efficiency increase in warehousing parks.
