摘　　要：正确计算电荷放大器校准不确定度对于电荷放大器测量准确性具有重要意义。本文描述了电荷放大器的结构、工作原理,介绍了电荷放大器不确定度的评定方法,深入分析了不确定度的来源,使测量结果更能反映真实情况。It is of important significance to calculate the calibration uncertainty of charge amplifier correctly for the measurement accuracy of charge amplifier.This paper describes the structure and working principle of charge amplifier,introduces the evaluation method of charge amplifier uncertainty,and analyzes the source of uncertainty deeply,so that the measurement results can reflect the real situation.
