摘　　要：目的:利用Nginx在服务应用方面的优势,改善现有医院服务器群存在的问题,并进一步提升医院服务器集群在应用服务方面的性能和安全指数。方法:本研究梳理了当前医院应用服务器群存在的问题,通过实践与探索,利用Nginx的反向代理和负载均衡技术对医院服务器群的结构进行改造,搭建了一个高可用性、安全性的服务器集群。接着,通过分析Nginx日志和服务器监控数据,对服务器集群策略进行进一步的优化。结果:与原医院服务器群相比,新的医院服务器集群在稳定性、安全性和可用性等方面都有了极大的提升。结论:与传统的应用服务器架构相比,利用Nginx搭建的服务器集群可以提高医院应用服务的高可用性,保障医院应用服务的平均无故障时间。Objective:To utilize the advantages of Nginx in application services,improve the existing problems of hospital server clusters and further enhance the performance and security index of hospital server clusters in application services.Methods:This study outlines the existing problems of hospital application server clusters at present,and transforms the structure of hospital server clusters through the practice and exploration of Nginx reverse proxy and load balancing technology,and builds a highly available and secure server cluster.Furthermore,by analyzing Nginx logs and server monitoring data,the server cluster strategy is further optimized.Results:Compared with the original hospital server cluster,the new hospital server cluster has been greatly improved in stability,security,and availability.Conclusion:Compared with traditional application server architecture,the server cluster built using Nginx can improve the high availability of hospital application services and ensure the mean time between failure of hospital application services.
