铁路旅客客运站房重点人员识别预警系统研究

摘　　要：铁路旅客客运站房重点人员识别预警系统主要用于车站内人员识别、预警及重点人员防控。系统结合车站内设置的视频前端采集设备,基于智能视频分析、人像识别,实现对站房内重点人员的识别、抓拍、监控并将告警信息通过系统平台传送至铁路旅客服务与生产管控平台。现场试验结果表明,该套系统运行稳定,识别速度快,识别准确率高,能够有效减少铁路旅客客运站房内维护管理人员的工作量。The identification and early warning system of key personnel in railway passenger station buildings is mainly used for personnel identification,early warning,and key personnel prevention and control in the station.Combined with the video front-end acquisition equipment in the station,the system realizes the identification,capture,and monitoring of key personnel in the station buildings based on intelligent video analysis and portrait recognition,and transmits the alarm information to the railway passenger service and production control platform through the system platform.The field test results show that,this set of system has stable operation,fast identification speed and high identification accuracy,which can effectively reduce the workload of maintenance and management personnel in the railway passenger station buildings.
