三峡水利遗产保护利用对策

摘　　要：文化是一个国家、一个民族的灵魂。三峡水文化是长江文化的标志性符号,是中华传统文化的重要组成部分。三峡地区丰富的水利遗产是三峡水文化的重要物质载体,亟待保护传承。系统推进全面实施水利遗产本体保护工程、非物质水文化保护传承工作、水利文旅融合发展工程和水文化传播交流工程,将有助于深入保护传承利用三峡水利遗产,有助于推动建设长江国家文化公园建设,擦亮长江文化金名片。Culture is the soul of a country or a nation.The Three Gorges water culture is a landmark symbol of the Yangtze River culture and an important component of traditional Chinese culture.The rich water conservancy heritage in the Three Gorges region is an important material carrier of the Three Gorges water culture,which urgently needs to be protected and inherited.The system will promote the comprehensive implementation of the water conservancy heritage protection project,intangible water culture protection and inheritance work,water conservancy cultural tourism integration development project,and water culture dissemination and exchange project,which will help to deeply protect,inherit and utilize the Three Gorges water conservancy heritage,promote the construction of the Yangtze River National Cultural Park,and polish the golden card of the Yangtze River culture.
