突发性公共危机状态下中小学生负性情绪的萨提亚模式干预研究

摘  要:负性情绪严重影响青少年的身心健康和社会功能。研究立足于新时代中小学生在公共危机状态下的负性情绪问题,通过干预-对照组前后测实验设计,采用萨提亚模式对所选的干预组240名中小学生进行为期8周、每周2小时的干预,而对照组240名中小学生不采取任何干预方法。结果发现,萨提亚模式可缓解轻度抑郁症中小学生的抑郁情绪,能够降低轻度、中度焦虑症中小学生的焦虑水平。Negative emotions seriously affect adolescents’physical and mental health and social function.The research is based on the negative emotional problems of primary and secondary school students in the state of public crisis in the new era,and through the intervention-control group pretest and post-test experiment design,240 primary and secondary school students in the selected intervention group were treated with Satir model for 8 weeks and 2 hours per week,while 240 primary and secondary school students in the control group were not treated with any intervention method.The results show that Satir model can alleviate the depression of primary and secondary students with mild depression and reduce the anxiety level of students with mild and moderate anxiety.
