摘　　要：建筑桩基础土建施工工作对于建筑地基的稳定性与安全性具有重要作用,因此要做好施工前期的方案设计、标准制定以及技术研发工作,加强对建筑桩基础土建工程的重视,综合考虑施工过程中的诸多因素并及时处理,为建筑施工进度与质量提供保障,为建筑安全打好基础。基于此,文章将重点分析建筑桩基础土建工程中存在的问题以及技术应用分析。The civil construction work of building pile foundation plays an important role in the stability and safety of building foundation,so it is necessary to do a good job in the scheme design,standard formulation and technology research and development work in the early stage of construction,strengthen the attention to civil engineering of building pile foundation,comprehensively consider many factors in the construction process and deal with it in a timely manner,provide guarantee for the progress and quality of building construction,and lay a good foundation for building safety.Based on this,this paper will focus on the analysis of the problems existing in the civil engineering of building pile foundation and the analysis of technical application.
