摘　　要：随着上海轨道交通的快速发展以及城市更新的发展需要,TOD发展模式也一直备受关注;TOD虽然不是一个潮流词语,但在现有的城市发展下,它的热度却一直不减反增;TOD模式能有效地缓解城市交通压力,改变城市的生态环境及周边设施,创造健康的生活环境。With the rapid development of rail transit in Shanghai and the development needs of urban renewal,the TOD development mode comes under the spotlight;although TOD is not a trendy word,its popularity has been increasing under the existing urban development;TOD mode can effectively alleviate the urban traffic pressure,change the ecological environment of the city and its surrounding facilities,and create a healthy living environment.
