摘　　要：本文简要分析了工程造价在工程建设项目前期的可行性调研、规划设计、招投标和签订合同阶段;中期的建设实施阶段;以及后期的项目验收、竣工结算及工程决算中所起的重要作用,通过对工程造价在工程建设项目实施中重要作用的深入了解,有助于理清它们之间的先后顺序与各种规律和特点,对今后做好造价工作是十分有益的。This paper briefly analyzes the important role of project cost in feasibility investigation, planning and design, bidding and signing the contract in the early stage of engineering construction projects;in the mid-stage of construction implementation stage;and in the later stage of project acceptance, completion settlement and final account of the project. Through an in-depth understanding of the important role of project cost in the implementation of engineering construction projects, it is helpful to clarify the sequence and various laws and characteristics between them and is very beneficial to doing a good job in cost work in the future.
