摘 要:根据小型断路器的工作原理,对热双金属片的温度及形变特性进行了实验研究,并得到小型断路器的脱扣位移.应用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench,构建热双金属片的有限元模型,采用电-热-结构耦合分析方法探讨在不同整定电流状况下,热双金属片的温度分布及形变分布规律等关键特征,为小型断路器热双金属片的设计和优化提供方法与依据.基于有限元软件ANSYS Workbench对热双金属片进行优化设计,根据具体工作状况建立参数化模型,并通过粒子群算法分析寻找最优解,从而设计出热双金属片的理想尺寸,并通过实验验证了该设计分析的正确性和可行性.According to the working principle of the miniature circuit breaker,the temperature and deformation characteristics of the thermal bimetal were experimentally studied,and the tripping displacement of the miniature circuit breaker was obtained.The finite element software ANSYS Workbench was used to build the finite element model of the thermal bimetal,and the electric-thermal-structural coupling analysis method was used to discuss the key characteristics of the thermal bimetallic strip,such as the temperature distribution and deformation distribution law under different setting current conditions,to provide a method and basis for the design and optimization of the thermal bimetallic strip for miniature circuit breakers.This paper optimized the design of the thermal bimetal by the finite element software ANSYS Workbench,established a parametric model according to the specific working conditions,and found the optimal solution through particle swarm algorithm analysis,so as to design an ideal size of the thermal bimetal,whose correctness and feasibility was verified by experiments.
