摘　　要：生物安全事关人类生命健康与国家发展稳定,习近平多次强调,要高度重视生物安全,完善重大疫情防控体制机制,健全国家公共卫生应急管理体系,不断提高国家生物安全治理能力。当前,中国所面临的生物安全形势已发生巨大变化,及时总结相关经验,推进生物安全治理能力现代化,更快适应新的时代要求是当务之急。为实现这一目标,中国要进行具体规划,细致谋篇布局,增强生物安全应急能力;要积极借助现有机制和平台开展广泛合作,提升生物安全防御能力;要不断完善发展相关政策措施,增强生物安全建设能力,共同推进生物安全治理能力现代化,推动构建人类卫生健康共同体。Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed the importance to biosafety,improve the prevention and control systems and mechanisms of major epidemics,improve the national public health emergency management system,and constantly improve the national biosafety governance capacity.It is urgent for China to sum up relevant experience in time,promote the modernization of biosafety governance capacity,and quickly adapt to the requirements of the new era.In order to achieve this goal,China should carry out specific planning,detailed planning and enhance the biosecurity emergency response capability.China should actively use the existing mechanisms and platforms to enhance the biosecurity defense capability.China should continuously improve and develop relevant policies and measures,enhance the capacity of biosecurity construction.These methods can promote the modernization of biosecurity governance capacity,and help construct the community of common health for mankind.
