摘　　要：西方传统地缘政治理论不仅在历史上充当了美国在全球推行霸权主义的重要工具,至今仍然是美国对华实施遏制新战略的重要理论依据。习近平外交思想在辩证把握百年未有之大变局与中国战略机遇期的基础上,坚持“和平与发展”时代主题、坚持推动构建人类命运共同体和“一带一路”建设、坚持走和平发展道路和坚持对中华优秀传统文化的传承创新,进而创新地缘政治思维模式、赋予地缘政治关系新的内涵、开辟新的地缘政治目标及实现路径,实现了对西方传统地缘政治理论的全面超越。Traditional Western geopolitical theories have not only served as an important tool for the United States to implement global hegemony in history,but also remain an important theoretical basis for the United States to implement a new strategy of containment against China today.On the basis of a dialectical grasp of the unprecedented changes and China’s strategic opportunity,Xi Jinping insists on the theme of“peace and development”,the promotion of building a human destiny community and the construction of“One Belt,One Road”,the road of peaceful development,and the inheritance and innovation of the excellent traditional Chinese culture,so as to innovate the geopolitical mode of thinking,give new connotations to geopolitical relations,and open new geopolitical goals and paths for their realization,thus realizing a comprehensive transcendence of the traditional Western geopolitical theories.
