高校访企拓岗促就业行动常态化的战略要点及其实践路径

摘　　要：高校访企拓岗促就业行动正在稳步推进中,结合各地高校访企拓岗促就业行动中采取的具体措施,针对试点工作中存在的问题,高校方面应从学生需求出发,积极有效地联通企业,通过完善招生就业联动机制、完善毕业生精准帮扶机制、形成校企对接联动机制,实现访企拓岗促就业行动的常态化发展,解决高校毕业生就业难题,全力促进高校毕业生顺利就业、尽早就业。进而,为社会输送优质人才,促进各行各业的稳健发展。According to the concrete measures adopted in the action of visiting enterprises to expand posts and promote employment in colleges and universities,aiming at the problems existing in the pilot work,colleges and universities should proceed from the needs of students,actively and effectively connect enterprises,through improving the mechanism of recruitment and employment linkage,improving the mechanism of precise help for graduates,forming the mechanism of school-enterprise linkage,to realize the normal development of the action of visiting enterprises to expand jobs and promote employment,to solve the employment problem of college graduates,and to promote college graduates to get employment smoothly as soon as possible.
