摘  要:教学模式是教师实施教学的程序与载体,关乎教学质量与效果。随着经济社会和医疗事业的发展,老年人的健康管理成为备受大众关注的问题,老年照护人才已经成为社会急需的人才类型。为加大老年健康专业人才培养力度,推进养老服务可持续、高质量发展,需要创新教学模式,将“以知识传授为基础,以能力培养为核心,以素养提升为目标”的“三位一体”教学模式应用于老年照护人才培养中,从而提高教学质量,促进老年照护人才培养的可持续和健康发展。Teaching mode is the procedure and carrier of teaching,which is related to teaching quality and effect.With the development of economy,society and medical treatment,the health management of the aged has become a problem of public concern.In order to strengthen the training of health professionals and promote the sustainable and high-quality development of senior care services,innovative teaching models are needed,the“Trinity”teaching mode,which is based on knowledge imparting,centered on ability training and aimed at quality promotion,is applied to the training of senior nursing talents,so as to improve teaching quality,to promote the sustainable and healthy development of elderly care personnel training.
