国际中文教育在中华民族现代文明传播中的独特使命、功能与路径

摘　　要：国际中文教育在中华民族现代文明国际传播中具有独特的理论和实践意义。它在语言文化教学、学科知识体系构建和全球中文教育事业发展3个层面均承载着传播中华民族现代文明的重要使命。它还具有中华民族现代文明国际传播载体,中外传播人才培养,相关教学资源建设,以及推动中外文明交流互鉴等独特功能。国际中文教育可通过加强国际中文教师中华民族现代文明传播能力培养,开展中华民族现代文明数智化教学资源建设及利用,加强中华民族现代文明传播的专业化中外人才队伍建设,借力海外华文教育等路径推动中华民族现代文明以“加速度”跨越式对外传播。International Chinese education holds unique theoretical and practical significance in the international dissemination of modern Chinese civilization.It carries the important mission of spreading the modern Chinese civilization in the three aspects of language and culture teaching,subject knowledge system construction and global Chinese education development.It also serves as a carrier for the international dissemination of modern Chinese civilization,talent cultivation for communication between Chinese and foreign cultures,the construction of relevant teaching resources,and the promotion of mutual learning in Chinese and foreign civilizations.International Chinese education can accelerate the outward dissemination of modern Chinese civilization through strengthening the cultivation of communication abilities in international Chinese teachers,developing and utilizing intelligent teaching resources for modern Chinese civilization,enhancing the professional development of Chinese and foreign talents for the dissemination of modern Chinese civilization,and leveraging overseas Chinese education.
