摘　　要：青州蜜桃肉质细嫩、清香脆甜、品质优良,在国内享有较高声誉。梳理了青州蜜桃栽培的历史与传承、璀璨的桃文化、品种特性、产业发展现状,展望了青州蜜桃产业发展前景。Qingzhoumi peach has a high reputation in China for its delicate flesh,crisp and sweet taste,and excellent quality.This article reviews the history and inheritance of peach cultivation in Qingzhou,the splendid peach culture,varieties and characteristics,the development status of modern industry,and looks forward to the development prospect of peach industry in Qingzhou.
