摘  要:设计一种汽车救援用内置远程定位装置,经过调研、文献查阅、分析论证、校企合作设计开发,明确了本定位装置整体结构示意设计以及整体工作流程设计,辅以绘制对应示意图及流程图,深入说明本设计的结构原理及工作过程,最后仔细推敲设计方案的可靠性及先进性。开发设计方案预解决现有的远程定位装置拆卸繁琐,需要借助工具,影响维修速度的问题。课题设计方案希望能为中小型汽车制造装配企业借鉴采用。China has entered into automobile society,and while enjoying the convenience brought by automobiles,automobile breakdown and traffic accidents have become social problems affecting the development of national economy,so the establishment of the road automobile rescue system in China and the vigorous development of the road rescue industry have become the important parts of the social security cause in China.This paper describes and designs a built-in remote positioning device for automobile rescue.Through the research,literature review,analysis and demonstration,and school-enterprise cooperation design and development of the device,this paper clarifies the design of the overall structural representation and the overall workflow of the positioning device,draws the corresponding schematic diagram and flow chart to thoroughly explain the structural principle and working process of the design,and finally carefully considers the reliability and advanced nature of the design scheme.The development and design scheme can solve the problem of the cumbersome disassembly of the existing remote positioning device,but it is still necessary to use tools to solve the problem of affecting the maintenance speed.The project design scheme is expected to be used for reference by small-and medium-sized automobile manufacturing and assembly enterprises.
