摘  要:模态分析主要研究频率域内系统动态特性,基于模态分析理论对单自由度和多自由度模态振型基于MATLAB进行求解分析,然后运用Inventor对机械臂肩部关节建模,再通过命令行输入的方式对其进行模态和频率响应分析,获得前六阶模态参数,进而避免肩部关节在工作过程中发生共振现象,确定安全工作的范围。通过实例分析如何利用MATLAB进行计算模态分析,为相关模型建立、优化设计、故障诊断提供借鉴参考。Modal analysis mainly studies the dynamic characteristics of the system in the frequency domain.Based on the theory of modal analysis,this paper conducts solution analysis of the modal shape with the single degree of freedom and multiple degree of freedom based on MATLAB,then uses Inventor to model the shoulder joint of the mechanical arm,analyzes its modal and frequency response by means of command line input,and obtains the first six modal parameters,so as to avoid the resonance phenomenon of the shoulder joint in the working process,and determine the scope of safe work.This paper analyzes how to use MATLAB for computational mode analysis by examples,so as to provide models and reference for the establishment,optimization design and fault diagnosis of related models.
