摘　　要：汉医与藏医在“天人相应”思想的关照下,在独立传承、相互借鉴、相互勾连的过程中,在文化要素上呈现出诸多勾连,具体表现在“天人相应”思想在二者文化起源(生活与巫术)、思维方式(经验思维与意象思维)、诊疗方法、用药等方面的映现,并在病因病机、养生指导、医生医德等方面呈现出互通之处。从汉医和藏医文化交集的历史上足见汉医和藏医的渊流关系,中华各民族千百年的发展进程,是各民族大团结、大融合共同建设文明团结、和谐美丽生存环境的过程。从汉医和藏医文化交集的历史上,足见汉医和藏医皆为中华民族历史共同体地理空间内在交往交流交融的结果,并通过地方性知识生成了主体共性共在下的差异化医学知识谱系。Under the care of the idea of"correspondence between heaven and man",Han medicine and Tibetan medicine have shown many cultural connections in the process of independent inheritance,mutual reference,and mutual connection.This is manifested in the reflection of the"correspondence between heaven and man"idea in their cultural origins(life and witchcraft),ways of thinking(experiential thinking and imagery thinking),diagnostic and therapeutic methods,medication,and other aspects.And there are similarities in terms of etiology and pathogenesis,health guidance,and medical ethics among doctors.From the history of the intersection of Han medicine and Tibetan medicine culture,we can see the profound relationship between Han medicine and Tibetan medicine.The development process of various ethnic groups in China for thousands of years is a process of great unity and integration among all ethnic groups,and the common construction of a civilized,united,harmonious,and beautiful living environment.From the history of the intersection of Han medicine and Tibetan medicine culture,it can be seen that the profound flow of Han medicine and Tibetan medicine is the result of internal communication and integration in the geographical space of the community in the history of the Chinese nation,and through local knowledge,a differential medical knowledge pedigree with common subjectivity has been generated.
