摘  要:以FEVE树脂(四氟乙烯-乙烯基单体共聚物)为基料,添加PDMS(聚二甲基硅氧烷)改性的微米和纳米二氧化硅作为填料,辅以分散剂、助剂和其他颜填料,通过常温下分散、混合、搅拌,最后在玻璃基材表面喷涂获得具有疏水效果的涂层。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、接触角测试仪、扫描电子显微镜、原子力显微镜等手段对涂层进行表征分析。结果表明:添加PDMS改性二氧化硅的涂料贮存稳定性优良,其涂层对水的接触角可达到161.81°,划圈法附着力为1级,50次耐磨试验后的水接触角依然在140°以上,具有良好的耐污性和耐盐水性。A paint was prepared with FEVE(tetrafluoroethylene-vinyl ether copolymer)resin as binder,micron and nanosized silica particles modified by PDMS(polydimethylsiloxane)as filler,dispersants,additives,and pigments by dispersion,blending,and agitation at room temperature,and then sprayed on the surface of glass,form a hydrophobic coating.The coating was characterized by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy,contact angle measurement,scanning electron microscopy,and atomic force microscopy.The results showed that the paint containing PDMS-modified silica particles had good storage stability,and its coating had 1-grade adhesion by circle-drawing method,a contact angle of 161.81°to water droplet as prepared and greater than 140°after wear test for 50 cycles,good anti-stain performance,and excellent saline resistance.
