摘  要:缩孔是一种常见的电泳缺陷,极不利于车架防腐。本文介绍了一种商用车车架在葫芦线电泳过程中出现电泳缩孔问题的解决方法。从产品、材料开发、设备、工艺管理等方面分析验证了该车架电泳缩孔产生的原因,并制定了对策。通过消除烘干室内的油源、合理设定烘烤温度、调整车架制造过程中使用的油品(如防锈油种类)、控制车架含油量等措施,最终解决了该问题,保证了车架的电泳品质。Cratering is one of the common electrocoating defect,which is very unfavorable to the anticorrosion of vehicle frame.A method to solve the catering defect on electrocoating of commercial vehicle frame in a hoist delivery line was introduced.The causes of cratering defect were analyzed from the aspects of product,material development,equipment,and process management,and some countermeasures were proposed.The problem was solved by eliminating the oil sources in the drying room,reasonably setting the baking temperature,changing the oils(such as the type of antirust oil)used in the frame manufacturing process,and controlling the oil content of vehicle frame,and hence the electrocoating quality of vehicle frame was guaranteed.
