摘　　要：基于当下农业创新创业型人才培养现状,发现其中存在一些不足:高校农业人才培养不符合落实乡村振兴战略的需求;高效农业创新创业型人才培养力度不足;高校农业科技人才培养模式不够创新。为推进乡村振兴战略高效落实,为农村地区发展提供更多的高素质人才,经探究分析后,整理出乡村振兴战略背景下农业创新创业型人才培养措施。Based on the current situation of the cultivation of agricultural innovative and entrepreneurial talents,it is found that there are some shortcomings:the cultivation of agricultural talents in colleges and universities does not meet the needs of implementing the rural revitalization strategy;rural insufficient efforts in cultivating innovation and entrepreneurial talents in agriculture;the training model of agricultural science and technology talents in colleges and universities is not innovative enough.In order to promote the efficient implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and provide more high-quality talents for the development of rural areas,after exploration and analysis,the training measures for agricultural innovation and entrepreneurship talents for rural revitalization were sorted out.
