四川丘陵地区农业现代化面临的困境及对策探析

摘　　要：农业现代化是中国式现代化发展的必然要求。四川丘陵地区是中国式农业现代化建设的重点和难点区域。当前四川丘陵地区农业现代化转型过程中面临耕地数量和质量下降、农业机械化和科技化水平低、农业人才短缺、农业管理水平低以及农业政策落实不到位等困境,农业现代化进程缓慢。四川丘陵地区要坚持统筹发展,加强农业基础设施建设,提高农业机械化和科技化水平,加强农业人才队伍建设,提高农业管理水平,推动农业政策落实,才能不断实现农业提质增效和农民增收致富,以农业现代化促进乡村振兴。Agricultural modernization is an inevitable requirement for the development of Chinese path to modernization.The hilly areas of Sichuan are the key and difficult areas for the modernization of Chinese style agriculture.In the current process of agricultural modernization transformation in the hilly areas of Sichuan,there are difficulties such as a decrease in the quantity and quality of arable land,low levels of agricultural mechanization and technology,shortage of agricultural talents,low level of agricultural management,and inadequate implementation of agricultural policies.The process of agricultural modernization is slow.The hilly areas of Sichuan should adhere to coordinated development,strengthen the construction of agricultural infrastructure,improve the level of agricultural mechanization and technology,strengthen the construction of agricultural talent teams,improve agricultural management levels,and promote the implementation of agricultural policies in order to continuously achieve agricultural quality and efficiency improvement and increase farmers'income,and promote rural revitalization through agricultural modernization.
