摘　　要：分析了甲醇性质与合成工艺流程,介绍了大型煤化工甲醇合成装置水冷器蜡的成因、危害以及在线除蜡技术,最后介绍了在线除蜡具体操作流程,以期给相关人士提供有效参考。This article first analyzes the properties and synthesis process of methanol,followed by an introduction to the causes,hazards,and online wax removal technology of water coolers in large-scale coal chemical methanol synthesis plants.Finally,the article introduces the specific operation process of online wax removal,hoping to provide effective reference for relevant personnel.
