摘 要:南海东部X井为一口定向探井,储层埋深4687~4967m,地层破裂压力高达85MPa,采用常规射孔测试压裂一体化管柱地面施工泵压高,封隔器承受压差大。因此如何有效的提高压裂排量、降低地面施工压力,从而解决封隔器密封稳定性问题、以及平台作业空间、地面设备能力对压裂规模的限制,是保证本井作业成功的关键。X井通过设计优化管柱尺寸及结构,首次采大通径压裂管柱,减小传统“射孔-压裂-测试”一体化管柱的小直径附件工具节流的影响,降低管柱摩阻,通过较低泵压,实现了对南海东部超深层储层的压裂改造。X well is a directional exploration well in the east of the South China Sea.The target fracturing location is Wen3 member of Wenchang Formation.The buried depth of the reservoir is 4687m~4967m,and the formation rupture pressure is as high as 85MPa.Therefore,how to effectively increase the flow rate and reduce the surface construction pressure,so as to solve the problem of packer sealing stability,as well as the limitation of platform operating space and surface equipment capacity to fracture scale,is the key to ensure the success of this well operation.By optimizing the design of string size and structure,Well X was the first to produce a large-diameter fracturing string,reducing the impact of the small-diameter accessory tool throttling of the traditional“perforation-frake-test”integrated string,reducing the friction of the string,and realizing the fracturing reform of the ultra-deep reservoir in the eastern South China Sea through lower pumping pressure.
