回注管洗井工艺的理论验证及应用效果分析

摘  要:为了验证现场回注管洗井工艺下入井的长度是否达到洗井目的,对循环洗井液液滴进行受力分析,发现当液滴所受重力等于气体对其浮力加拖曳力之和时,液滴沉降至井底的速度为最小速度;将其代入伯努利方程,可计算出回注管最小长度;通过将计算结果与实际下入回注管长度进行对比,得出目前应回注管洗井工艺的11口井循环洗井液液滴均可沉降至井底,都可达到洗井的目的。该公式能够为回注管洗井工艺提供理论支撑,正确指导后期现场应用。In order to verify whether the length of the liquid droplet entering the well under the on-site reinjection pipe flushing process meets the purpose of well flushing,a force analysis was conducted on the circulating well flushing liquid droplet.It was found that when the gravity of the liquid droplet is equal to the sum of the gas’s buoyancy and drag force,the velocity at which the liquid droplet settles to the bottom of the well is the minimum velocity;By substituting it into the Bernoulli equation,the minimum length of the reinjection tube can be calculated;By comparing the calculated results with the actual length of the reinjection pipe,it was found that the 11 wells that currently require the reinjection pipeflushing process can all settle to the bottom of the well,achieving the purpose of wellflushing.This formula can provide theoretical support for the wellflushing process of the reinjection pipe and correctly guide the later on-site application.
