摘　　要：不同于传统的1-9标度,利用0.1-0.9标度法的AHP评判居民购房决策因素。构建了4个一级指标,14个二级指标的评价层次分析模型。对评价结果进行了分析,表明该模型符合客观实际。Differently from the traditional 1-9 scale,use AHP of the 0.1-0.9 scale method to judge the decisionmaking factors of residents to purchase houses.The analytic hierarchy process model for evaluation of 4 first-level indicators and 14 second-level indicators is constructed,and the evaluation results are analyzed.The results show that the model conforms to the objective reality.
