网球双打配合与沟通技巧的战术研究

摘　　要：网球双打队员之间的默契合作与有效交流是取得比赛胜利的关键要素。良好的合作和交流对于提升队伍整体表现,加强队伍竞争力具有重要意义。该文首先对基本双打站位及移动战术进行分析,对接发球配合技术、攻防配合策略进行论述,尤其强调双打比赛默契配合所产生的作用。其次,该文对基本沟通方式、竞赛实时沟通技巧进行了深入探讨,并对非语言沟通及其运用意义进行了分析。最后提出沟通技巧训练手段。研究表明,有计划的合作和交流战术训练能明显提高双打成绩。The tacit cooperation and effective communication of double tennis players are the key factors to winning the match,and good cooperation and communication are of great significance for improving the overall performance of the team and enhancing its competitiveness.Firstly,this paper analyzes the basic formations and movement tactics of doubles,then discusses the cooperation skills of receiving services and the cooperation strategies between attack and defense,and especially emphasizes the role of tacit cooperation in double matches.Secondly,this paper conducts an in-depth discussions on basic communication methods and real-time communication skills in competitions,and analyzes nonverbal communication and its application significance.Finally,it proposes training methods for communication skills.The research shows that the planned cooperation and communication of tactical training can significantly improve the performance of doubles.
