摘　　要：竞技健美操作为一项综合性运动,近年来,在普通高校竞技体育中得到了迅猛发展。该文旨在探讨普通高校竞技健美操运动员的选材与训练方法,以提供科学有效的指导和参考。首先,梳理了竞技健美操运动员的特征和要求。其次,针对目前普通高校选材机制存在的问题,提出了优化选材标准的建议。最后,总结了普通高校竞技健美操运动员训练方法。Competitive aerobics,as a comprehensive sport,has developed rapidly in competitive sports in ordinary colleges and universities in recent years.This article aims to explore the selection and training methods of competitive aerobics athletes in ordinary colleges and universities to provide scientific and effective guidance and reference.Firstly,this paper sorts out the characteristics and requirements of competitive aerobics athletes.Secondly,it puts forward suggestions to optimize the selection criteria for existing problems in the current selection mechanism of ordinary colleges and universities.Finally,it summarizes training methods for competitive aerobics athletes in ordinary colleges and universities.
