摘　　要：少林武术不仅拥有刚劲有力、变化无穷、立足实战、注重技击等特征,还蕴含着尚武精神、侠义风骨、慈悲谦让、刚健有为、谦和忍让的中华民族精神。显然,开展以少林武术为重要内容的中华民族精神教育,有助于培养青少年自强不息的民族精神、爱国爱家的民族情怀。为此,要将少林武术训练、少林武术礼仪、少林武术竞赛等作为民族精神教育的重要内容,以完善少林武术传承机制、加强少林武术文化教育、举办少林武术赛事等方式,传承少林武术文化,弘扬中华民族精神。Shaolin Wushu not only has the characteristics of being powerful and changeable,being based on actual combat and paying attention to technical attacks,but also contains the Chinese national spirit of martial spirit,chivalrous spirit,compassion and humility,vigor and vitality,and humility and tolerance.Obviously,carrying out Chinese national spirit education with Shaolin Wushu as important content is helpful to cultivate the national spirit of unremitting selfimprovement and the national feelings of loving the country and the family among young people.Therefore,we should take Shaolin Wushu training,Shaolin Wushu etiquette and Shaolin Wushu competitions as the important content of national spirit education,and inherit Shaolin Wushu culture and carry forward Chinese national spirit by the methods of improving the Shaolin Wushu inheritance mechanism,strengthening Shaolin Wushu culture education and holding Shaolin Wushu competitions.
