摘　　要：警务实战教育训练作为公安院校人才培养的必要环节,是提高公安队伍核心战斗力的重中之重。中国武术在警务实战教育训练的发展进程中发挥着举足轻重的作用,是警务实战课程不可或缺的参考内容。该文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法,以提升公安预备人才核心战斗力为目标,深入挖掘中国武术文化的精髓和标志性思政元素,开启多角度协同育人通道,汲取中华优秀传统文化的养分,为警务实战教育训练注入强劲动力,不断激励学生坚定理想信念,筑牢报国为民的思想根基,有力锻造绝对过硬的公安铁军预备人才。Police practice education and training is a necessary link of personnel training in public security colleges and is vital to the improvement of the core combat capability of public security troops.Chinese Wushu plays a pivotal role in the development of police practice education and training and is an indispensable reference for police practice courses.By the methods of literature,expert interviews and logical analysis,and with the purpose of enhancing the core combat capability of police reserve personnel,this paper taps deeply into the essential and symbolic ideological and political elements of Chinese Wushu culture,opens a multi-angle collaborative education approach,and draws on the nutrients of fine traditional Chinese culture,so as to inject strong impetus into police practice education and training,constantly inspire students to firm their ideals and beliefs,consolidate the ideological foundation for serving the country and the people,and effectively forge absolutely excellent reserve personnel for the iron army of public security.
