摘  要:PCTC船货舱通风系统的排风方式分成完全自然排风、部分自然排风、完全机械排风,以某PCTC船的一层货舱为例,对比发现,完全自然排风的能耗最小,通风流场较好,但风道占用空间最大;完全机械排风的风道占用空间最小,通风流场最优,但能耗最大;部分自然排风的通风流场相对较差,能耗和风道占用空间位于其他两方案之间。建议PCTC船高层货舱采用完全自然排风,中层货舱采用部分自然排风和底层货舱采用完全机械排风的组合方案。The ventilation system of cargo hold for pure car truck carrier(PCTC)can be divided into three design schemes according to different exhaust methods during sea going:complete natural exhaust,partial natural exhaust and complete mechanical exhaust.Taking one floor of PCTC cargo area as an example,the comparative analysis showed that the energy consumption of completely natural exhaust is the smallest with good ventilation flow field,but the air duct occupies the largest space;the complete mechanical exhaust takes up the smallest space with the best ventilation flow field,but the energy consumption is the largest;the ventilation flow field of partial natural exhaust is relatively poor,the energy consumption and the space occupied by the duct are between the other two schemes.It was recommended that the upper cargo hold adopt complete natural exhaust,the middle cargo hold adopts partial natural exhaust and the lower cargo hold adopts complete mechanical exhaust.
