摘 要:在船舶甲板上配备的系泊绞车,其安装一般采用传统的框架式基座,需在基座面板上打螺栓孔,用普通的六角头螺栓固定,缺点明显,为了方便螺栓穿入,基座必须设置一定的高度,绞车越大,螺栓越大,则基座高度也越大,随之而来的就是基座的重量也会越来越大,针对这种制造成本高,现场安装定位麻烦的问题,尝试进行新型系泊绞车免基座安装设计,仅用一块底脚复板来固定系泊绞车,可有效降低造船成本,缩短造船周期。The mooring winch equipped on the deck of a ship generally adopts a traditional frame base,which needs to be bolted in the base panel and fixed with ordinary hexagonal head bolts,with obvious shortcomings.In order to satisfy the bolt fixing requirement,the base must have a certain height to match,the larger the winch,the larger the bolt,as well as the higher base height,so that the weight of the base will be more and more.In order to solve the problems of high manufacturing cost and difficult on-site installation and positioning,a new type of mooring winch was designed to install the mooring winch without base,only one foot plate is used to fix the mooring winch,which can effectively reduce shipbuilding cost and shorten shipbuilding cycle.
