散货船第二代完整稳性的薄弱性衡准计算分析

摘　　要：考虑到国际海事组织海上安全委员会发布的第二代完整稳性衡准暂行指南的影响,针对散货船的第二代完整稳性评估,以一型散货船为例,进行第二代完整稳性的薄弱性衡准计算分析,介绍NAPA软件的计算评估流程,对比分析计算结果,总结出不满足稳性衡准的工况。Considering the influence of the interim guidelines of the second generation of intact stability criteria issued by the Maritime Safety Committee of the International Maritime Organization(IMO),taking a type of bulk carrier as an example,the vulnerability stability criteria of the second generation of intact stability assessment of bulk carriers was analyzed.The stability calculation method and evaluation process in NAPA was introduced.The numerical results was analyzed comparatively,and the reasons for loading conditions that cannot meet the stability criteria were investigated.
