鼻内镜术后糖皮质激素浸润对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的近期效果

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者鼻内镜术后应用糖皮质激素浸润治疗的近期效果。方法选取我院收治的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者82例,时间范围为2020年11月至2021年11月,按随机数字表法分两组,每组各41例。对照组采用鼻内镜手术治疗,观察组采用鼻内镜术后糖皮质激素浸润治疗,比较两组的疗效和鼻气道阻力。结果观察组总有效率为97.56%,高于对照组的78.05%,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后1周、4周、12周的鼻气道阻力分别为(1.76±0.07)KPa、(1.36±0.04)KPa、(0.89±0.33)KPa,对照组术后1周、4周、12周的鼻气道阻力分别为(2.34±0.13)KPa、(1.88±0.12)KPa、(1.42±0.15)KPa,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者鼻内镜术后,应用糖皮质激素浸润治疗,能提高疗效,改善鼻气道阻力。Objective To investigate the short-term effect of glucocorticoid infiltration in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps after endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods 82 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps admitted to our hospital were selected,and the time range was from November 2020to November 2021.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 41 patients in each group.The control group was treated with endoscopic surgery,and the observation group was treated with glucocorticoid infiltration after endoscopic surgery.The efficacy and nasal airway resistance of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.56%,higher than that control group of 78.05%(P<0.05).The nasal airway resistance in the observation group was(1.76±0.07)KPa,(1.36±0.04)KPa and(0.89±0.33)KPa at 1 week,4 weeks and 12 weeks after operation,respectively,the nasal airway resistance in the control group was(2.34±0.13)KPa,(1.88±0.12)KPa and(1.42±0.15)KPa at 1 week,4 weeks and 12weeks after operation,respectively,which was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After endoscopic sinus surgery,glucocorticoid infiltration can improve the curative effect and nasal airway resistance in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps.
