胆香鼻炎片联合糠酸莫米松治疗过敏性鼻炎的安全性与有效性

摘　　要：目的分析胆香鼻炎片联合糠酸莫米松治疗过敏性鼻炎的安全性与有效性。方法选取本院2020年08月-2021年08月间100例过敏性鼻炎患者作为观察对象,采用等量电脑随机分组法,分为参照组(行单一糠酸莫米松治疗)和研究组(行胆香鼻炎片联合糠酸莫米松治疗),各50例,比较应用效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05),头晕、头痛、咽炎、鼻咽刺激感等不良反应发生率低于参照组(P<0.05),治疗前,两组IL-6、IFN-γ水平较高,IL-27水平降低,且无统计学意义,治疗后,研究组IL-6、IFN-γ水平低于参照组,IL-27水平高于参照组,统计学差异显著(P<0.05),研究组治疗后鼻部症状、眼部症状、胸部症状评分均低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论胆香鼻炎片联合糠酸莫米松治疗效果更好,用于过敏性鼻炎中,可减少毒副作用,促进临床症状恢复,增强治疗效果,具有较高安全性与有效性,具有推广价值。Objective To analyze the safety and efficacy of DanxiangBiyan tablet combined with mometasone furoate in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with allergic rhinitis in our hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the observation objects.They were randomly divided into the reference group(treated with mometasone furoate alone)and the study group(treated with Dan Xiang Biyan tablet combined with mometasone furoate),50 cases in each group,and the application effect was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions such as dizziness,headache,pharyngitis and nasopharyngeal irritation was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the levels of IL-6 and IFN-γin the two groups were higher,and the level of IL-27 was lower,without statistical significance.The levels of IL-6 and IFN-γin the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the levels of IL-27 in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of nasal symptoms,eye symptoms and chest symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Danxiangbiyan tablet combined with mometasone furoate is better in the treatment of allergic rhinitis,which can reduce toxic and side effects,promote the recovery of clinical symptoms,enhance the treatment effect,has high safety and effectiveness,and has the value of promotion.
