地氯雷他定联合糖皮质激素鼻喷雾剂对过敏性鼻炎患者治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究过敏性鼻炎患者治疗中联用地氯雷他定、糖皮质激素鼻喷雾剂的效果。方法选取2020年8月-2022年6月医院收治的过敏性鼻炎患者100例,根据数字随机表方式进行分组,对照组50例采用地氯雷他治疗,研究组50例则采取地氯雷他定联合糖皮质激素鼻喷雾剂治疗,分析比较治疗效果。结果研究组总体治疗有效率高于对照组,P<0.05;研究组鼻塞、鼻痒、流涕、喷嚏症状改善时间均短于对照组,P<0.05;且治疗后研究组IL-4、IL-10水平均低于对照组,P<0.05;最后研究组与对照组不良反应比较组间无差异意义,P>0.05。结论临床针对过敏性鼻炎患者的治疗,联用地氯雷他定、糖皮质激素鼻喷雾剂可取得更佳的疗效,患者症状改善时间更短、炎性反应更低,且不会明显增加药物的不良反应,值得推广。Objective To explore the treatment effect of Zhonglian desloratadine and glucocorticoid nasal spray in patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods 100 patients with allergic rhinitis,admitted to the hospital from August 2020 to June 2022,were selected and grouped according to numerical random tables.50 patients in the control group were treated with desloratat,and 50 patients in the study group were treated with desloratadine and glucocorticoid nasal spray,analyzed and compared.Results The overall response was higher than the control group,P<0.05;nasal congestion,itching,runny and sneezing were shorter than the control group,P<0.05;Moreover,the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 in the post-treatment study group were lower than that of the control group,with P<0.05;there was no difference between the last study group and the control group,with P>0.05.Conclusion The clinical treatment of allergic rhinitis patients with allergic rhinitis,desloratadine and glucocorticoid nasal spray can achieve better efficacy,patients’symptoms improvement time,lower inflammatory reaction,and will not significantly increase the adverse reactions of drugs,which is worth promoting.
