摘　　要：目的探讨明胶海绵+地塞米松填塞在慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者鼻内镜手术治疗中的应用价值。方法选取2019年11月~2021年11月我院收治的70例鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉患者为研究对象,随机分成两组。两组均采取鼻内镜手术治疗,对照组采取明胶海绵填塞,观察组采取明胶海绵+地塞米松填塞。对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组与对照组总有效率分别为94.29%与77.14%,与对照组相比,观察组总有效率明显较高,差异对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,两组患者的VAS评分与Lund-Kennedy评分对比无差异(P>0.05),术后3个月,两组患者的VAS评分与Lund-Kennedy评分均降低,且观察组相关评分显著低于对照组,差异对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论明胶海绵+地塞米松填塞在慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者鼻内镜术治疗中能够获得良好的临床应用效果,患者能获得较好的预后。Objective To explore the Application value of gel sponge packing and dexamethasone in endoscopic sinus surgery for patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods A total of 70 patients with sinusitis complicated with nasal polyps admitted to our hospital from November 2019 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups.Both groups were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery,the control group was treated with gel sponge packing,and the observation group was treated with gel sponge packing+dexamethasone.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 94.29%and 77.14%,respectively.Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the operation,there was no difference between the VAS score and Lund-Kennedy score of the two groups(P>0.05).Three months after the operation,the VAS score and Lund-Kennedy score of the two groups were decreased,and the related scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Gel sponge packing+dexamethasone can obtain good clinical application effect in endoscopic sinus surgery for patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps,and the patients can obtain good prognosis.
