双孔鼓膜穿刺鼓室注药法对急性分泌性中耳炎的治疗效果及并发症发生率分析

摘　　要：目的分析双孔鼓膜穿刺鼓室注药法对急性分泌性中耳炎的治疗效果及对并发症发生率的影响。方法选取在我院接受治疗的60例急性分泌性中耳炎患者。研究时间2019年1月到2021年12月。将60例患者根据实施治疗方法的不同分为两组,治疗组和对比组。对比组应用单孔鼓膜穿刺抽液治疗,治疗组采用双孔鼓膜穿刺鼓室注药法治疗,观察两组的临床效果、并发症发生率和治疗前后的炎性因子水平。结果治疗组患者治疗后的IL-8、TNF-α水平均明显低于对比组,组间数据对比差异明显,P<0.05。治疗组患者获得临床总有效率96.67%明显高于对比组73.33%,组间数据对比差异明显,P<0.05。治疗组和对比组患者并发症发生率对比差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论急性分泌性中耳炎采用双孔鼓膜穿刺鼓室注药治疗能够显著减轻炎性状态,提高临床疗效,减少并发症。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of tympanum injection with double hole tympanum puncture on acute secretory otitis media and its influence on the incidence of complications.Methods 60 patients with acute secretory otitis media were selected and treated in our hospital.The research was conducted from January 2019 to December 2021.60 patients were divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods,the treatment group and the control group.The control group was treated with single hole tympanum puncture and liquid extraction,and the treatment group was treated with double hole tympanum puncture and tympanum injection.The clinical effect,complication rate and inflammatory factor level before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.Results IL-8 and TNF of patients in the treatment group after treatment-αThe level was significantly lower than that of the control group,with significant difference in data comparison between groups(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of 96.67%in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of 73.33%in the control group,with significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of acute secretory otitis media with tympanum puncture and tympanum injection can significantly reduce the inflammatory state,improve the clinical efficacy and reduce complications.
