长期低剂量克拉霉素分散片联合鼻用激素治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的药学分析

摘　　要：目的对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎治疗中长期低剂量克拉霉素分散片联合鼻用激素使用效果、药学作用等开展研究分析。方法慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者2020年3月至2022年3月就诊80例,抽签分配,参比组使用鼻用激素,观察组增加给药低剂量克拉霉素分散片做长期用药,功效比对。结果观察组、参比组开展治疗后病症反应评分,前者经联合用药治疗后有评分较大程度下降(P<0.05),鼻窦病变情况评测,两组经治疗评分均可见下降,但以观察组评分下降更为明显(P<0.05),用药副作用反应,发生率两组中观察组偏低(P<0.05),预后复发率汇总,观察组在组别间得到有效控制(P<0.05),观察组开展治疗后患者治疗满意度较参比组略高(P<0.05)。结论慢性鼻-鼻窦炎治疗中,采用长期低剂量克拉霉素分散片联合鼻用激素方式,药物于起效后可有效干预病情,促进病症反应缓解,对预防预后疾病复发具有明显促进作用,效果良好。Objective To study and analyze the effect and pharmaceutical effect of clarithromycin dispersible tablets combined with nasal hormone in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods From March 2020 to March 2022,80 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis were selected and allocated by lot.The reference group was given nasal hormone,and the observation group was given low-dose clarithromycin dispersible tablets for long-term use.The efficacy was compared.Results The symptom response scores of the observation group and the reference group after treatment showed that the scores of the former group decreased significantly after combined treatment(P,The observation group was effectively controlled among groups(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of patients in the observation group after treatment was slightly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis,long-term low-dose clarithromycin dispersible tablets combined with nasal hormone can effectively intervene the disease after taking effect,promote the remission of disease response,and have a significant role in promoting the prevention of disease r ecurrence.
