鼻内镜下鼻腔扩容术加悬雍垂腭咽成形术治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症的疗效

摘　　要：目的分析研究罹患阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症患者治疗工作中采取鼻内镜下鼻腔扩容术加悬雍垂腭咽成形术的应用价值。方法研究时间起始点范围:2018.12-2022.06,选取本院收治100例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症患者分析,随机分为对照组(实施常规治疗的50例患者)、观察组(实施鼻内镜下鼻腔扩容术加悬雍垂腭咽成形术的50例患者),统计两组各项指标。结果观察组治疗效果实际获取数据高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组睡眠质量实际获取数据较对照组更具优势,P<0.05。观察组并发症实际获取数据低于对照组,P<0.05。干预前,生活质量实际获取数据无显著差异,P>0.05;干预后观察组更高,P<0.05。结论采取鼻内镜下鼻腔扩容术的同时予以悬雍垂腭咽成形术进行规范治疗,具有减少并发症、提高睡眠质量及生活质量的效果,很大程度上提高了阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症患者治疗水平。Objective To analyze the application value of nasal endoscopic dilatation combined with uvulopalatopharyngoplasty in the treatment of patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.Methods Study the starting point range of time:A total of 100 patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome admitted to our hospital were selected for analysis,and randomly divided into the control group(50 patients receiving conventional treatment)and the observation group(50 patients receiving nasal endoscopic dilatation plus uvula palatopharyngoplasty),and various indicators of the two groups were analyzed.Results The treatment effect of observation group was higher than that of control group,P<0.05.The actual sleep quality data of the observation group was more advantageous than that of the control group,P<0.05.The actual complication data of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the actual data of quality of life(P>0.05).After intervention,the observation group was higher,P<0.05.Conclusion Standard treatment of nasal dilatation combined with uvulopalatopharyngoplasty under nasal endoscope can reduce complications,improve sleep quality and quality of life,and greatly improve the treatment level of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome patients.
