摘　　要：目的研究过敏性鼻炎(AR)患者行鼻分泌物嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)检测的效果。方法数据取本院2021年1月-2022年9月收治70例AR患者为研讨组,另择取同期收治的70例健康体检者(非AR)为体检组,均行鼻分泌物EOS检测,两组检测结果分析。结果研讨组EOS数量分级集中在2-6级,共有66例,阳性率为94.29%;体检组EOS数量分级集中于2级,共有2例,阳性率为2.86%,相较体检组,研讨组阳性率更高;研讨组患者中,症状轻度者30例,EOS数量分级1-5级分别有:5例、3例、8例、10例及4例;症状中重度者36例,EOS数量分级2-6级分别有:2例、2例、9例、11例及12例;疾病严重程度与EOS数量呈正相关,r=0.827,P<0.05(具有统计学意义)。结论鼻分泌物EOS检测可评估AR患者疾病严重程度,并与疾病严重程度呈正相关、为后续治疗提供肠数据支持、值得推崇。Objective To investigate the effect of nasal secretion eosinophil granulocyte(EOS)detection in patients with acute allergic rhinitis syndrome(AR).Methods From January to September 2022,70 patients with AR in our hospital were 2021 as the Observation Group,and 70 healthy persons(non-AR)in the same period as the control group,the results of two groups were analyzed.Results The positive rate of Eos was 94.29%(66 cases)in observation group and 2.86%(2 cases)in control group,in the Observation Group,there were 30 cases with mild symptoms,5 cases,3 cases,8 cases,10 cases and 4 cases with EOS grade 1-5,and 36 cases with moderate or severe symptoms,there were 2 cases,2 cases,9 cases,11 cases and 12 cases of EOS,and there was a positive correlation between the severity of the disease and the number of Eos(R=0.827,P&Lt;0.05).Conclusion Eos in nasal secretions can be used to evaluate the severity of AR,and it has a positive correlation with the severity of AR.
