摘　　要：随着我国人口老龄化趋势的不断加深,老年人鼻部的健康问题越来越引起我们的重视,然而关于老年人的鼻炎,目前发表的文章很少。本文对鼻部随年龄增长而发生的包括结构、激素、粘膜、嗅觉和神经系统的变化以及多种药物的影响所造成的鼻塞、多涕、干燥、出血、嗅觉下降等症状进行了归纳和总结。使专科医生能更好的对“老年鼻”患者进行治疗和管理。With the deepening of the aging trend of the population in China,we pay more and more attention to the health problems of the elderly’s nose.However,few articles have been published on the elderly’s rhinitis.This article summarized and summarized the symptoms of nasal congestion,runny nose,dryness,bleeding,decreased sense of smell and other symptoms caused by the changes of nasal structure,hormones,mucous membrane,sense of smell and nervous system as well as the effects of various drugs.So that the specialist can better treat and manage the“Senile Rhinitis”patients.
