以颌下淋巴结肿大为首发症状的Castleman病超声表现一例

摘　　要：报道一例60岁女性颌下Castleman病患者,因发现发现颏下及右颌下肿物4月余入院。彩超探及颌下、右侧颈部III区囊性肿物。行手术治疗,术后病理诊断为Castleman病。现就彩超对于早期诊断Castleman病的意义做一汇报。A 60 year old female patient with submandibular Castleman’s disease was reported.She was admitted to the hospital for more than 4 months after finding submandibular and right submandibular masses.Ultrasonographic detected cystic masses in Area III of submaxillary and right neck.After operation,the pathological diagnosis was Castleman’s disease.The significance of Ultrasonographic in early diagnosis of Castleman’s disease is reported.
